15.1 Recruitment guides

Recruitment guides are short internal articles that live alongside the hiring work: interview question banks, an inclusive-language checklist, the approval policy, how to brief an agency. Publishing them in the app means people actually read them at the point of use rather than hunting through a document library.

  • Readers see published guides only, presented as cards with title, category, and body.
  • Guides can carry attachments for templates and forms.
  • A view count shows which guidance is being used.
  • Administrators create and publish guides from Settings → Recruitment Guides.

15.2 Employee onboarding

Once an offer is accepted the work shifts from hiring to onboarding. The onboarding board tracks the tasks that turn an accepted offer into a productive first week.

Column Description

Role The role they are joining into
Task What needs to happen
Owner Who is accountable for it
Due When it needs to be done by
Status Pending, InProgress, or Complete
  • Use Mark Complete to close a task off.
  • Tasks past their due date and not complete are highlighted so nothing slips before day one.

15.3 A practical onboarding checklist

  • Contract signed and returned.
  • Right-to-work and background checks completed.
  • Accounts, licences, and equipment requested.
  • Building access or remote kit arranged.
  • Buddy assigned and first-week plan shared.
  • Day-one welcome scheduled with the manager.
