Subject to the licence below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved. For products that offer a trial period (such as our SharePoint apps with a fully functional trial), we generally do not offer refunds after the trial. For subscription-based or paid products (including web applications), refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your order or account details if you believe you are entitled to a refund.
These terms and conditions, together with our privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website and our products and services, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of such use.
Unless a separate license applies to a specific product, our software and web applications are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Chronodat disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Chronodat or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, loss of business profits or special damages, even if Chronodat or its suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where you receive source code or other confidential materials from Chronodat under a separate agreement, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of such materials through reasonable means and not to disseminate or allow unrestricted access. You shall not distribute such materials to anyone other than employees and contractors of your organization with a need to know. You may be held legally responsible for any infringement of intellectual property rights caused or encouraged by your failure to abide by the applicable agreement.
