Recruitment Desk replaces spreadsheets and mailbox folders with a governed applicant tracking workspace in your own Microsoft 365 tenant. Raise requisitions, move candidates through a pipeline, schedule interview panels, capture blind scorecards, approve and send offers, and hand successful hires to an onboarding checklist — all backed by SharePoint lists that stay on your site.
This knowledge base is organized by task so you can jump straight to the module you are working in:
- Getting started — deploy the app, complete first-time setup, and tour the workspace.
- User guide — dashboard, requisitions, pipeline, candidates, interviews, scorecards, offers, and talent pool.
- Analysis and governance — analytics and export, audit log, compliance and consent, and lookup master data.
- Administration — guides and onboarding, settings, roles, end-to-end workflows, and troubleshooting.
Recruitment Desk runs as a SharePoint web part on a modern page and as a Microsoft Teams tab. Hiring data is stored in SharePoint lists on the site where you installed the app, so it inherits your existing permissions and never leaves your organization.
