11.1 Security

Open Settings → Security to manage app administrators, roles, and the permission matrix.
Learning data stays in SharePoint lists on the site. It inherits your existing Microsoft 365 permissions.
Uninstalling the app does not delete those lists. You still own the data.

11.2 Audit log

Open Settings → Audit log for create, update, and delete history.
SharePoint version history and Microsoft 365 audit logs remain available as additional evidence.
