Learning Management Hub replaces training spreadsheets and inbox follow-ups with a governed learning workspace in your own Microsoft 365 tenant. Assign assessments, track completions, issue certificates, and author questions with optional AI assistance — all backed by SharePoint lists that stay on your site.
This knowledge base is organized by task so you can jump straight to the module you are working in:
- Getting started — deploy the app, complete first-time setup, and tour the workspace.
- User guide — My Learning, catalog, assessments, assignments, question bank, learning paths, and certificates.
- Analysis and governance — analytics, manager reports, security, and the audit log.
- Administration — settings, roles, end-to-end workflows, and troubleshooting.
Learning Management Hub covers My Learning, catalog, assessments, assignments, question bank, grading, learning paths, certificates, analytics, and settings. Data stays in SharePoint lists in your tenant.
Learning Management Hub runs as a SharePoint web part on a modern page, as a full-page app, and as a Microsoft Teams tab or personal app. Learning data is stored in SharePoint lists on the site where you installed the app.
