2.1 Sidebar navigation

The sidebar is grouped so learners, authors, and administrators see the modules they need:

  • LEARN — My Learning, Learning Catalog, Learning Paths, Flashcards, Skills Transcript, Instructor-Led.
  • AUTHOR — Assessments, Assignments, Question Bank, Manual Grading, Content Modules, SCORM Packages.
  • INSIGHTS — Analytics, Manager Reports, Certificates.
  • ADMIN — Settings (visible to app administrators).

Each persona uses a different slice of the same tenant-resident workspace.

2.2 Header and appearance

  • The teal header shows the product name you set in Settings → General.
  • Language and theme controls appear in the header when enabled.
  • Settings → Appearance controls theme colors and whether passed assessments stay visible in the catalog.

2.3 Status language

Status Meaning
Assigned The learner has work to start.
In progress The learner started but has not finished.
Completed The learner passed. View results stays available.
Failed Every allowed attempt was used without a pass. Start is no longer available.
Past due The due date passed with attempts still remaining.
