- Certificates are issued after a passing attempt when the assessment is configured to award one.
- Templates and title live in Settings → Certificates.
- Learners open Certificates under INSIGHTS to view or download issued certificates.
9.2 Skills transcript
- Skills Transcript lists skill awards and continuing-education credits.
- Renewal assignments from expiring certificates create a fresh attempt budget on My Learning.
