14.1 Compliance refresher

  • Author creates the assessment, sets pass mark and max attempts, then publishes.
  • Author assigns an Entra group or the whole site with a due date.
  • Learners open My Learning, start the assessment, and pass or use their attempts.
  • Managers review Analytics and Manager Reports. Certificates issue on a pass.

14.2 Learning path with a written question

  • Author builds a path: content module, then assessment, then a confirmation step.
  • The assessment includes an essay question that lands in Manual Grading.
  • After the author scores the essay, the path unlocks the next item and a certificate can issue.

14.3 Surfaces

Deploy once to the tenant App Catalog. Run the same hub on a modern SharePoint page, as a full-page app, or as a Microsoft Teams channel tab or personal app. All surfaces read the same SharePoint lists.
