12.1 Common Issues

  • Setup banner will not run — make sure the page is published, not in edit mode, then click Complete Setup.
  • App not found when adding the web part — confirm the package was deployed in the tenant App Catalog and made available to sites.
  • Can't join with a code — check the code is current and the session has not ended; codes are six characters.
  • Colors or theme look off — check Settings → Branding color mode, or use the header light/dark toggle.
  • Trial expired — open Settings → Subscription to subscribe and restore full access.
