Sprint Align keeps configuration in one Settings hub. Site owners can always open it. App admins can too. Other people do not see the Settings button. Complete setup on the Setup tab before the other tabs will save.
9.1 Setup
Run or confirm site setup. Sprint Align creates hidden lists on this SharePoint site and keeps session data there. If lists are missing, the tab names them.
9.2 Governance
- Who can create sessions — Everyone, Members, or Owners only.
- Retention period for ended sessions, plus Run retention trim to apply it.
- App admins — up to 40 people or SharePoint groups, one email, login name, or group name per line. This does not change who can edit SharePoint content.
- Manage decks opens the deck editor.
9.3 Branding
- Primary, primary dark, and accent colors. Each value must be a hex color.
- Color mode — Auto (match SharePoint or Teams), Light, or Dark.
- Hide the theme switch on the home page.
- Changes preview live and apply after you save.
9.4 Home Page
Edit the eyebrow label, headline, description, and hero font so the home screen matches your team.
9.5 Layout
- Hide SharePoint left navigation (app bar, site header, and quick launch).
- Hide the SharePoint command bar.
- Hide the Microsoft 365 top bar (app launcher, search, and profile).
The app footer stays at the end of the content. It shows Chronodat LLC, the year, and the version.
9.6 Advanced
Optional integrations are off until you turn them on for this site. Core estimation does not send session data outside SharePoint.

- Azure DevOps — organization slug and default project, for backlog import and story-point writeback
- Mock demo data — shows the demo workshop and the
