3.1 Join with a Code
- Ask your facilitator for the six-character session code (for example,
ABC123). - On the home screen, type the code into Session code and choose Join session.
- You are taken straight into the live session and appear in the team roster.
3.2 Join with a Link
Facilitators can also share a direct link. Opening it takes participants into the session without typing a code — ideal for pasting into a Teams meeting chat.
3.3 Identity & Sign-in
Sprint Align uses your Microsoft 365 identity automatically — there is no separate account or password. Your name (and optional profile photo, if enabled) appears to the facilitator and teammates during the round.
