3.1 Join with a Code
- Ask your facilitator for the six-character session code (for example,
ABC123). - On the home screen, type the code into Session code and choose Join session.
- A lobby that has not started opens the lobby. A session that is already voting opens the live room. You appear on the roster.
3.2 Join with a Link
Facilitators can copy a direct link from the lobby or the live room. Opening it fills the code and joins automatically — useful in a Teams meeting chat. The same six-character code stays valid for an open room across later votes.
3.3 Identity & Sign-in
Sprint Align uses your Microsoft 365 identity. There is no separate account or password. Your name appears to the facilitator and teammates. Profile photos appear when an administrator turns on Microsoft Graph photos in Settings → Advanced.
