6.1 Reveal the Round
The facilitator chooses Reveal votes (R), or the round reveals itself when auto-reveal is on and everyone has voted. In table view the cards turn face up together. If vote visibility hides names, results show voter numbers or stay anonymous.
6.2 Read the Results
- Average, median, and range summarize a numeric round. They are for discussion. The saved estimate is the card the facilitator picks.
- The highest and lowest votes are marked so the team can talk about the spread.
- Dot voting and surveys show choice counts instead of a card deck.
6.3 Agree & Save the Estimate
- For planning poker, pick a card from the deck as the final estimate, then Save and next.
- An open room uses Save and next vote. Dot voting and surveys use Next item, or Next vote in an open room.
- Re-vote clears the round so the team can vote again.
- End session opens a summary of estimated, skipped, and not-estimated items. Saved values are available later in History.
