Sprint Align is a SharePoint Framework (SPFx) application that brings planning poker and agile estimation directly into SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams. Scrum teams, product owners, and delivery leads use it to run facilitator-led estimation sessions — planning poker, confidence checks, fist-of-five, dot voting, and quick surveys — without exporting backlog data to a separate tool.
Everything runs inside your Microsoft 365 tenant. Sessions, votes, decks, and settings are stored in SharePoint lists on the host site, so your estimation data never leaves your control and there is no external estimation backend to manage.
