10.1 Free Trial
A 14-day free trial starts automatically the first time the SharePoint site uses Sprint Align. The home banner shows days remaining, Subscribe yearly, and View plan. You can dismiss the banner until the trial end date changes.
10.2 Licensing Model
One yearly subscription covers everyone using this SharePoint site. It is not priced per person. After the trial, the app shows a paywall until the site is subscribed. Settings → Subscription still opens so an owner or app admin can subscribe. Leaving that tab while the trial is over returns the paywall.
10.3 Manage the Subscription
- Open Settings → Subscription for access, trial days remaining, trial length, and the trial end date. An active plan also shows when it renews.
- Subscribe — yearly plan starts checkout. Remaining trial days apply if you subscribe during the trial.
- Manage billing opens the billing portal for an active or past-due plan. Open subscription portal is the same hosted page.
- Refresh status checks again.
- If the licensing service cannot be reached, Sprint Align shows a connection problem. It does not treat that as an ended trial. The last successful status is reused for a short time. Your SharePoint data is unaffected.
