On this page

  • Open Analysis → Report Builder.
  • Choose a data source: Risks, Business, or Projects.
  • Select the columns to include in the report.
  • Add optional filters (field, operator, value).
  • Click Generate Report to preview up to 200 rows in the browser.
  • Click Download CSV to export the full filtered result set.

7.1 Tips

  • The Risks source includes all standard fields plus custom columns from form templates.
  • Useful filters include Status equals Open, Matrix priority equals Critical, or Business equals a specific unit.
  • The preview shows up to 200 rows; the CSV download always includes the full filtered set.
  • Column selection resets each session — record commonly used column sets in your team runbook.
  • Combine Report Builder CSVs with compliance assessment exports for integrated audit evidence.

Report Sources Beyond Risks

Report Builder can be used for more than risk exports. Depending on configuration and permissions, teams can build reports over risks, business units, projects, and related operational data so the same export workflow supports portfolio review and data quality checks.

  • Choose the source that matches the question before selecting columns.
  • Filter the preview to the business, project, status, date, or owner scope you need.
  • Export CSV results for Excel, Power BI, audit packs, or archival snapshots.
