6.1 Celebrations
- View upcoming events in the Birthdays & work anniversaries strip below the toolbar.
- Click Celebrations in the toolbar (badge shows the count) to see the full list.
- Today's events are highlighted in the celebrations list.
Work anniversaries are calculated from employee hire dates in Microsoft 365. Birthday data depends on profile information available in your tenant.
6.2 Export and Copy

| Export CSV | Click Export CSV in the toolbar to download visible people as a spreadsheet |
| Copy emails | Click Copy emails to copy email addresses of visible results to your clipboard |
| Contact QR | Open a profile → download or share the contact QR code |
Export includes only the people currently shown, respecting active search and filters.
6.3 Spotlight Favorites
- Open a person's profile and click the Spotlight star to pin them.
- Pinned people appear in the Spotlight strip at the top of the directory.
- Click Clear all in the Spotlight strip to remove all pins.
