- Use this view for personal accountability and return workflows.
5.2 Available Assets
- Open Available to see assets ready to assign or book.
- Filter by category or location before bulk assignment.
5.3 Repair, Retired, and Deleted
- In Repair — assets under maintenance or out of service temporarily.
- Retired — assets removed from active use but retained for history.
- Deleted Assets — soft-deleted items administrators can review.
