Open Dashboard from the MAIN section. Review summary cards and charts before drilling into lists.
3.1 Review KPI Cards
- Open Dashboard from the sidebar MAIN section.
- Review summary cards for total assets, assigned, available, and overdue items.
- Note warranty and repair counts when shown on your dashboard configuration.
3.2 Use Charts and Drill-Down
- Use status, category, and location charts to see portfolio distribution.
- Click a card or chart segment to open the matching filtered asset list.
- Review Latest Assets for recently updated register items.
Charts summarize the register without exporting data. Click-through navigation opens the underlying list with filters applied.
