Review Analytics charts, then build custom reports from subscriptions, categories, or projects and export CSV.

10.1 Analytics

  • Open Analytics from the ANALYSIS section for filtered charts.
  • Use Date range (default last 12 months), category, status, vendor, project, and billing cycle.
  • Review category and type mix, value by location, renewals due, top vendors, and purchase activity.
  • Click Reset filters to return to the default 12-month view.

10.2 Report Builder

  • Open Reports from the ANALYSIS section.
  • Choose a data source (Subscriptions, Categories, or Projects).
  • Select columns and optional filters.
  • Preview the report, then Download CSV.
