- Owners review Owned by Me and the Renewals calendar each week.
- Record renew, cancel, or defer before the notice date.
- Attach the renewed contract or invoice in Documents.
14.3 Discovery and Requests
- Run Discovery after Graph consent to find untracked Microsoft licenses.
- Route new spend through Request Subscription so finance sees justification first.
