Summary KPIs and charts for totals, renewals, spend, and ownership.

Open Dashboard from the MAIN section. Review summary cards and charts before drilling into lists.

3.1 Review KPI Cards

  • Open Dashboard from the sidebar MAIN section.
  • Review cards for total subscriptions, upcoming renewals, spend, and ownership.
  • Use Latest Subscriptions to jump into a record.

3.2 Use Charts and Drill-Down

  • Review status, category, and cost distribution charts.
  • Click a chart segment or KPI to open the matching filtered list.

Administrators can change which insight cards appear from Settings → Dashboard.
