7.1 Import Microsoft Licenses

  • Open Discovery to import Microsoft 365 license usage from Microsoft Graph.
  • A tenant administrator must approve Organization.Read.All, Reports.Read.All, and User.Read.All.

7.2 Reconcile Against the Catalog

  • Match discovered SKUs to existing subscription records.
  • Create missing catalog items when a SKU is in use but not tracked.
  • Use expense import when you have a vendor invoice or usage export.
