| Target hours per week | The goal shown on the timesheet, often 40. |
| Maximum hours per week | The cap. People cannot log more than this total in one week. |
| Allow future entries | When off, dates after today cannot be used. |
| Billable by default | The billable flag on a new time entry. |
Approvals
- Require approval when a submitted week must be accepted before it is final.
- Set a default approver email when a resource does not have a manager.
Appearance and language
- Theme can be light, dark, or match the system.
- Color, sidebar, font size, and compact mode are optional appearance choices.
- The app UI is available in English, French, Spanish, and German.
- Administrators can hide the language and theme controls in the sidebar.
- Events are submitted, approved, rejected, and reminder.
- Each event can be turned on or off, and the recipients can be the employee, the approver, or managers.
- Delivery can use Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Power Automate, the Chronodat mail API, or be turned off.
Graph mail needs the Mail.Send permission approved for the app in the tenant.
