User & Administration Guide — Version 1.0.16.0

Guide summary

Service Desk Hub is a SharePoint Framework (SPFx) IT service management application for Microsoft 365 — incidents, service requests, problems, changes, Help Center self-service, SLA tracking, and reporting inside SharePoint Online and Teams.

Service Desk Hub is a SharePoint-native ITSM workspace. End users submit tickets through the Help Center, agents work queues for incidents, requests, problems, and changes, and administrators configure workflows, roles, SLA policies, and integrations — all backed by SharePoint lists in your tenant.

This knowledge base is organized by task and audience:

  • Getting started — deploy the app, complete setup, tour the workspace, and onboarding reference.
  • User guide — Help Center, ticket queues, knowledge base, and service reporting.
  • Administration — settings, roles and permissions, audit log, workflows, and support.
