Send the page

Email sends the current results as the signed-in person. Choose the recipients, add a note, and read the message preview before you send. Export downloads the current page as CSV or Excel in the browser.

What the message contains

  • Up to 50 results go in a table. Titles are links. The author column is the display name.
  • More than 50 results are attached as search-results.csv instead of a table.
  • The file holds the first 500. The message says when the file is only the first part of a larger total.

Permission

A SharePoint admin approves Microsoft Graph Mail.Send once for the app. The app does not read the mailbox. An admin can turn email off, change the subject and the introduction, and choose whether a copy is saved in Sent Items.
