Find the right content, faster, in SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
Type a few words. Every word has to match. Documents, pages, people, and one line-of-business area stay on their own tabs.
The details panel shows a preview, the summary, and the properties, then opens the file or page in SharePoint.
Email up to 50 results as a plain table. More than 50 are attached as a CSV file, up to the first 500.
Documents, pages, people, and a business tab. Filters for date, file type, author, site, and size. List, cards, table, and items are layouts only.
Open a result for the preview, author, site, and path. A structured summary is split into labeled fields. A plain summary stays a paragraph.
Names, job titles, departments, and contact details from the SharePoint directory this account can already see. Filter by department, job title, and office.
Send the current page as the signed-in person. Titles are links and the author is the display name. The app does not read the mailbox.
Query counts, zero-result rate, popular terms, and recent searches from this site. Result titles and paths are not stored.
Tenant, site collection, or this site. Extra site or hub URLs apply only to the narrower scopes, and each URL has to be on this tenant.
Site owners can always open the app. An owner can name up to 40 people or SharePoint groups as app admins. Search still uses each person’s permissions.
The same page on SharePoint, as a full-page app, as a Teams channel tab, and as a personal app. English, French, Spanish, and German.
Install SearchHub 365 on its own SharePoint subsite, publish the page, and finish setup. Site owners and app admins then open the same search from SharePoint or Microsoft Teams.
Start a 14-day free trial. After the trial, SearchHub 365 is $499 per year for unlimited users in the tenant.
