Who this is for

Site owners install SearchHub 365 and name app admins. App admins tune search, email, and appearance. A colleague searches, opens a result, and can email the page. A colleague needs to be a site owner or an app admin to open the app. A SharePoint group counts as one of the 40 admin entries, so one group can cover a team.

What you can do

  • Search documents, pages, people, and one line-of-business area.
  • Open a preview and the file in SharePoint.
  • Email the current results, or attach a CSV when there are more than 50.
  • Read query counts. Result titles and paths are not stored.
