Search the list, filter by phase or client, or export the current rows to CSV.

  • Search finds a request in the list.
  • Filter by phase or by client.
  • Export CSV downloads the current result.
  • Open a row to view or edit. View request uses the same panel as New request.

The request number is assigned when the request is saved, not when the form first opens.
