This knowledge base follows the Procurement Hub user guide and architecture guide. Screens and diagrams are the ones published with those guides.
What you can do here
- Run first-time setup on the SharePoint page that hosts the web part.
- Work the request queue from the dashboard and All requests.
- Advance a request one phase at a time, from initialization through close.
- Attach documents, build reports, and maintain clients, projects, vendors, and categories.
- Assign roles through SharePoint groups and control who can open Settings.
Where the data lives
Operational data stays in the host SharePoint site. The app does not use Dataverse, and Microsoft Teams does not keep a separate database. The same lists back the SharePoint page and the Teams tab.
Who this is for
- Requesters and buyers who create requests and move them through the lifecycle.
- Site owners who deploy the package and run Setup.
- App administrators who manage security, form templates, phases, and email.
