Each policy has a file and a version workers acknowledge.

Open Policies, publish the policy, attach the file, and set the version workers must acknowledge.

Acknowledgement

Acknowledgement can require a statement, a short quiz, a typed name, and a signature. Workers open My policies, read the file, complete the attestation, and save the acknowledgement on this site. A new version asks them to acknowledge again.

Training

Training modules
Training modules track the latest completion for each worker.

Training modules define the courses. The hub keeps the latest completion for each worker. Workers open My training to finish assigned modules.
