Lifecycle events
Open Lifecycle events and create a joiner, mover, leaver, rehire, or related event for a worker. A mover needs a department, location, or manager change. A conversion needs the target worker type. Open blocking tasks hold the event and the worker.
Tasks and templates
Tasks track the work with a due date and an owner. Task templates define a reusable set for each lifecycle type so a new joiner does not start from a blank list.
Approvals
Approvals route joiner, mover, and leaver changes through reviewers. A rejected approval cancels the open event. A workflow rule cannot set a worker status by itself.
Documents
Documents store right-to-work and other compliance evidence. A missing right-to-work document or an unfinished day-one pack blocks Active.
