Where it runs
- A modern SharePoint page that hosts the web part.
- The full-page app on that site.
- A Microsoft Teams channel tab or personal app pointed at the same page.
The worker form customizer opens the hub page for list forms. It does not hard-code a page address.

Who sees what
Site owners add app administrators. Content rights stay with SharePoint permissions on the site. A worker sees their own onboarding pages. HR sees the register, events, and approvals.
