Draft
The draft stays in the pane until you insert it. You can write it again, polish it, or translate it before it goes into the reply.
Preferences
Preferences hold the mailbox account, general options, reply voice, templates, the AI provider and key, and branding. Those settings roam with the Outlook mailbox.
