Draft a reply to the Outlook email you have open and insert it above your signature
Select the email in Outlook and open Wordback from the AI Reply group. The pane reads the message you have open.
Add a note, pick a quick reply, or start from a template. Tone, length, greeting, and language come from the settings saved with this mailbox.
Review the draft, then insert it above the signature you chose. You send the email yourself. Wordback does not send it.
Wordback drafts from the subject, body, and quoted earlier messages. You can summarize the thread before you write.
Tell Wordback what to say, or start from a short intent such as agree, decline, ask, suggest a time, or thank.
Set tone, length, greeting, and paragraphs or bullets. A never-say list keeps phrases out of the draft.
Match the language of the email or translate the draft. The pane itself is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Portuguese.
Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, or Mistral. The key is saved with this mailbox. Chronodat does not keep a copy.
The draft stays in the pane until you insert it above your signature. Sending still happens in Outlook, by you.
Save a starting point for replies you write often, then adjust the note for the message in front of you.
The permission is ReadWriteItem. Wordback does not request Microsoft Graph and does not store the message.
Deploy from Integrated Apps in the Microsoft 365 admin center, or add Wordback from Get Add-ins when your organization allows it. The task pane opens beside the message.
Wordback does not sell AI usage. You paste the key you already have, and that provider processes the draft under its own terms.
Open Wordback, paste your key, and insert the draft above your signature.
