User & Administration Guide — Version 1.0.0.19

Guide summary

Configure general options, language, appearance, forms, notifications, email, security, and license.

On this page

9.1 General

Set the app display name, risk ID prefix (default RISK-2026-), and program manager. Existing risks keep the ID they were assigned when created.

9.2 Language

Choose the default language. Users can also switch from the header: English, Spanish, French, and German.

9.3 Appearance

Upload a wide header logo and an optional mini logo for the collapsed sidebar. When a wide logo is set, it replaces the app name in the top bar (the name remains in titles and accessibility labels).

9.4 Forms and templates

Customize risk forms and reusable form templates so different risk types collect the fields you need.

9.5 Notifications and email

Edit email templates for new, assigned, and updated risks. Tokens such as risk ID and title are replaced at send time. Email requires approved Graph Mail.Send.

9.6 Security

Manage administrators, roles (Admin, Risk Manager, User), permissions, and user assignments so owners see their own work while managers see the register.

9.7 License and migrate

Activate the site-collection license after the trial. Use Migrate when moving data from an older Chronodat Risk Matrix (Pro) installation or an Excel workbook.
