6.1 Scoring a risk
Open Risk Rating to review items that already have likelihood and impact values. Priority (Critical, Major, Moderate, Low) is derived from the matrix. Unrated risks stay on the register until a manager scores them.

Filter by priority, impact, or search. Click a heatmap cell from Home to land here with that cell already applied. Cards show rating metadata so you can compare scores during a review meeting.
