Administrators maintain categories and business units used on risk forms and charts. Keep names short and stable so historical reports stay readable.
10.2 Impact and likelihood
Impact and likelihood ratings drive the heatmap and derived priority. Change labels only when you intend to remake the scoring scale — existing scored risks keep their stored values.
10.3 Response, profile, and strategy
Risk response, profile, and strategy lookups describe how the organization treats each item (for example Mitigate, Transfer, or Accept). Managers select these on the risk form during treatment planning.
