This knowledge base is for site owners, risk program administrators, risk managers, and employees who own or report risks in Risk Matrix 365.
- Alex Rivera (User) — Business Analyst. Creates risks and watches My Dashboard / My Risks.
- Jordan Hale (Risk Manager) — Risk Manager. Works the unassigned queue, scores likelihood and impact, and uses the Risks Board.
- Priya Shah (Admin) — Risk Program Manager. Configures Settings, lookups, security, and licensing.
What the app does
Risk Matrix 365 tracks operational and program risks in your Microsoft 365 tenant. Owners submit risks, managers rate likelihood and impact on a live heatmap, and administrators manage categories, notifications, branding, and licensing.
How data is stored
Risk data lives in SharePoint lists on the site where you add the web part. Optional email uses Microsoft Graph Mail.Send. There is no separate Chronodat risk database.
