2.1 App shell

Risk Matrix 365 uses a left sidebar, a header with the app name (or a custom wide logo), and a main content area. The same layout appears on SharePoint and in Teams.

  • Dashboards — Home (Global Dashboard) and My Dashboard.
  • Risks — filtered lists (All, Open, My, Unassigned, Assigned to Me) and the Risks Board.
  • Risk Rating — scored risks with likelihood, impact, and priority filters.
  • Documents and Calendar — supporting files and review events.
  • Lookups (admin) — categories, business, impact, likelihood, response, profile, and strategy.
  • Settings (admin) — general, language, appearance, forms, notifications, email, security, license, migrate.

The header shows the product name or a custom wide logo. A mini logo can appear when the sidebar is collapsed. Users can change language (English, Spanish, French, German) and theme from the header.
