Attestation
Site owners open Settings for attestation defaults, including whether a typed name is required and how reminder days are counted. Reminder and escalation mail uses those settings.
Email and reminders
- Email can be left off, sent with Microsoft Graph, or sent with the Chronodat mail option.
- Microsoft Graph requires tenant admin consent for
Mail.Send. Mail is sent only when a delivery mode other than Off is selected. - Open Settings → Reminders and choose Run reminders now to send due reminders without waiting for the next check.
- Escalation notifies the assigned manager when that option is enabled.
Appearance
Administrators can set the app name, colors, light, dark, or system theme, and SharePoint page chrome. The language menu is available to each person and includes English, Français, Español, and Deutsch.
