The dashboard shows completion. Export downloads the acknowledgment record, including hash, time, and signature method.

Dashboard

  • Acknowledged is the share of required acknowledgments that are complete.
  • Outstanding is the number still pending.
  • Overdue is the number past the due date.
  • Reviews is the number of policies coming up for review.

Coverage by policy lists each published policy, its due date, how many people are pending, and the completion bar. Acknowledgment status shows the same completion as a ring, including how many are due in the next 7 days.

Export

Export is the acknowledgment record for auditors. Each row shows the policy, person, version, status, due date, hash, acknowledgment time, method, and modified time. A completed signature row shows the method Signature. Pending rows leave the time and method empty.

Use Export to download the current list as CSV or Excel.

Activity

Activity records saves across policies, assignments, acknowledgments, managers, teams, and settings. Each line shows when it happened, the action, the record type, what changed, and who made the change.
