Policy acknowledgments for SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
Add the file, set the owner and review date, and publish the version people must read.
Assign a person, a SharePoint group, or everyone. Each person reads the version and types or draws a signature.
Download CSV or Excel with the person, version, status, hash, time, and signature method.
Completion, outstanding rows, overdue rows, coverage by policy, and policies due for review in the next 7 days.
People confirm they read the published version, then type a signature or draw one. An exception can be requested with a reason.
Store the file, policy ID, owner, published version, and next review date. Open the document library from the Policies page.
Start a campaign for one person, a SharePoint group, or everyone. Each person gets a due date on My policies.
A completed signature stores an acknowledgment receipt and, when the file can be copied, a Policy PDF. Export the auditor record to CSV or Excel.
Send reminder and escalation mail. Microsoft Graph Mail.Send is used only when that delivery option is selected.
Admin, Manager, and Employee. A direct assignment wins over a SharePoint group. Site owners keep Security access.
The same workspace on a SharePoint page, as a Teams personal app, and as a channel tab. English, French, Spanish, and German.
Add Policy & Attestation from the tenant app catalog, then open it on a SharePoint page or in Microsoft Teams. Policies, assignments, signatures, and receipts all read the same SharePoint lists and libraries.
Start a 14-day free trial. After the trial, Policy & Attestation is $499 per year for unlimited users on the SharePoint site.
