Sidebar
The gold sidebar stays on every page. Dashboard and My policies are at the top. Lookups include Policies, Assignments, Acknowledgments, Teams, and Managers. Administration includes Reviews, Export, Security, Subscription, Activity, and Settings. The signed-in person is shown at the bottom.
Pages
- Dashboard shows completion, outstanding rows, overdue rows, coverage by policy, and upcoming reviews.
- My policies lists the policies you still need to acknowledge and the ones you already completed.
- Policies is where administrators add files, set owners and review dates, and publish a version.
- Assignments starts a campaign for a person, a SharePoint group, or everyone.
- Export downloads the acknowledgment record.
- Activity records saves and the fields that changed.
Language and theme
The language menu includes English, Français, Español, and Deutsch. Appearance can follow Light, Dark, or System. Dates and times follow the SharePoint regional settings.
