Checks before you write support

  • Confirm the page is published and you are a site owner if setup has not been completed.
  • If Start assignment is missing, the campaign for that one person has already created an acknowledgment row.
  • If a Policy PDF link is missing after a signature, the policy file may be larger than 10 MB. The acknowledgment receipt still links to the original file.
  • If mail does not send, confirm delivery is not Off and that Graph Mail.Send is approved when Graph is the delivery mode.
