Guide summary

The sidebar is the same on every page: Overview, Analytics, Sites, Hierarchy, Permissions, Bulk changes, Exports, and Settings.

On this page

  • Overview shows how far the current inventory has been read.
  • Analytics counts the sites and direct assignments already loaded.
  • Sites is the inventory of site collections and sites this account can open.
  • Hierarchy arranges that inventory as site collections and their subsites.
  • Permissions reads direct assignments for one site.
  • Bulk changes prepares one change and shows what will be skipped.
  • Exports writes CSV files in the browser.
  • Settings is for site owners and app admins.

Language and appearance

Language and color mode sit at the bottom of the sidebar. English, Español, Français, and Deutsch apply in this browser. Dates and times still follow the SharePoint regional settings. Light, Dark, and System change only your view.

Trial notice

A trial notice can appear at the top of a page while the site is in its trial. Close it with Dismiss trial notice. It stays closed for that trial on this browser. Subscribe and View plan stay available from Settings.
