Common cases
- The trial notice can be closed. The choice is remembered in this browser.
- Messages with no rows is normal until a conversation starts.
- Help is on the profile menu, not in the sidebar.
- A gray card photo means the image is still loading.
- Email is sent only after a delivery mode is chosen in Settings.
